How to pay?
We offer 3 payment options: EU-Standard Bank Transfer, Moneybookers, WorldPay and PayPal®.

Shipping Policy
The order must contain a correct and complete address. We regret that we cannot refund charges for undelivered items returned to us.
When your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email.
How do we deliver your order?
We ship your order via Registered Air Mail (regular shipping method).
Delivery Times::
We will do our best to ship all orders received by 10:00 PM EST the same day. When your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email. The average delivery time using Deutsche Post AG, is approximately 3-10 business days in the European Union and 5-17 business days elsewhere.
If your package is being shipped to an address outside of the European Union, your package will pass through international customs and may be subject to additional delay.

Damage in Transit
When receiving your order, please check the parcel immediately to see if all goods are undamaged. It is necessary to inform the delivery agent immediately if the parcel is damaged. In that case you will need a written confirmation of the deliverer. After you have sent us this confirmation, we will replace the articles immediately.
Customs duties
Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs duties that may arise for shipments outside the EU.
Return of goods
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original unopened condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
Please ship returned goods only as a parcel, otherwise they will not be insured.

Eucapil-Shop Deutschland is not responsible if the product should not be effective or for unforeseen or any hitherto unknown side effects.
Instructions for use of the product must be followed.
The purchaser accepts that he/she is responsible for complying with their individual country's mail importation laws.
